■ Customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $50, please consider using a track-able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

■ No cancellations accepted after shipment. Once your return package is received and inspected, we will notify you via e-mail regarding approval or rejection of your store credit.
■ Once return is approved, you will receive an email with the in-store credit in the original purchase amount of your item(s) at time of purchase.
Once your Exchange item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your package. All exchanges must follow the return/exchange conditions listed above.
Upon approval, the item you are exchanging will be packaged and shipped back to you with the return label you have provided with your returned package. The Wild Clover is NOT responsible for any shipping costs or lost or damaged packages during the exchange process. Please consider a trackable shipping service for your return label as we are not responsible for lost or damaged packages during the exchange process.
Orders are packaged and shipped as soon as possible. No more than 2 days for shipping unless we are experiencing a high volume of orders. All shipping delays will be notified via email.
